To record an observation, select the observations icon to the righthand side of the student/mentee:

From here you can enter observation notes and/or upload attachments. Each observation note will be timestamped and will display to all teachers/mentors with access to the student/mentee.

Observation notes can be used for observations, case notes or general commentary. They are only available to teacher/mentor users not students/mentees or guardians/viewers.
