Putting your school's ESR Momentum into Maintenance Mode effectively locks the system for anyone but you, allowing you to make changes in the back-end without affecting other teachers using the system.

To switch Maintenance Mode on or off, simply:

1. Go to the >Admin tab, select >General, and then select >Maintenance Mode
   
2. Press the 'Turn Maintenance Mode Off' button; or "On" - depending on what you want to do.
   

Maintenance Mode Off - This means all teachers will be able to access the system.

Maintenance Mode On - User will be locked out of the system until you finish making changes.
