- Click on your name or select drop down link beside your name, in the top right of the screen
- From the drop down menu, select >My Profile
- Scroll down to the end of the 'Edit Profile' screen, and select your - Standards/Capability Level
- The selected Standard/Capability Level will allow you to align the professional standards of your Level to your goal
- Select >SAVE
Why do I need to adjust the standard I work at?
In your profile you need to change the standard at which you would like to work (Graduate, Proficient, Highly Accomplished, Lead or Non-teaching) to ensure your goals align with the standard level of your career progression. Based on the proficiency level that you set for yourself in the first step; you will see the corresponding standards related to that level.
NOTE: Remember: you can reset your Standard Level at any time by selecting the drop down link beside your name or clicking on your name
