From the top navigation menu
- Select>My Team
- Click on the >Connect button, located to the left side of the screen
- Select>Connect to a colleague as your mentor/coach
- Select>Continue
- Enter the mentor's email address in the 'Connect to Mentor' pop up
- Select>Invite Mentor
- An invite code will be sent to the provided email address, detailing the next steps
